Mattress pad arrived vacuum packed with fairly fast shipping via UPS. After letting it take shape on my mattress, tried securing it with the wide elastic straps which they didn't want to stay in-place on my mattress (the reason for the 4-stars on the description/shown in the picture). I used my regular protective mattress cover to keep it in-place, which I was going to use it anyway to keep the new pad clean while trying it out. The 1" was too thin, great communication with the seller on return.

Item arrived on time and well packaged. I was kept informed about the shipping progress. I thought these linens were the same as a set I purchased at a store months ago. Although the description is the same, it is not the same quality. The linens are very thin and I don't anticipate they will last long. Disappointing. If I could, I'd return them. Since I washed them, too late for that option. I'll probably give them away.
