Arrived faster than promised. Assembly was very fast and easy, about 20 minutes. Is much lighter feeling than imagined, but very sturdy, and appealing. However we are too old and weak to lift our dear old Border Collie into the harness. We are taking her to the veterinarian tomorrow, so maybe she will provide us with some ideas. The owner is very, very nice, and voluntarily calls everyday to see how Muffy is, and to see how she can help, including a refund if it remains unused.

The winch seems to work ok but the package was damaged severely from the UPS shipment! The winch is gouged and scratched on the bottom like they dropped it.
The box only had one white box strap instead of 2
The styrofoam inside was all busted up and the box on the bottom where the gouge on the winch is!
Top of the box is also broken
I’m filing a claim for sure!
