This Numi tea is perfect whether served hot or iced. To serve hot, simply steep 1 heaping tsp. of tea in 12 oz. of hot water for 4 minutes. Numi organic rooibos chai loose leaf tea
1/2 cup milk
1 tbsp. honey or maple syrup

Heat 1/2 cup milk over the stove. Steep tea in 1/2 cup boiling water for 4 minutes. Strain tea leaves and stir in sweetener. Top with steamed milk and serve.
