Even though there is a strap to keep the phone from falling out the strap is stiff and doesn’t hang smoothly by my body. If it weren’t a hassle I would have returned the purse. I’m afraid that lipstick or some other small item will slip out if the purse lays on its side. The quality is nice and it’s a pretty bag. It’s just so stiff!
